Robert graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1985. He spent 5 years with BCM Engineers before joining Sloan Equipment Sales Co., Inc. as a sales engineer in 1991. Robert established Kershner Environmental Technologies, LLC in 2001.

John joined Kershner Environmental Technologies, LLC at its inception following employment with Sloan Equipment Sales Company, Inc. since December of 2000. Prior to that he spent 27 years with Allentown PA based Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. in a variety of positions including wastewater technology and equipment sales, customer service and industrial sales. John’s background includes industrial quality control and he was a member of Air Products’ ISO 9000 certification team. John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ed joined KET in 2008 with over 35 years of experience in application engineering, product management and sales of various pump, systems and equipment technologies for the water and wastewater markets as well as other related market segments. Ed is a consummate professional in the way he conducts business and understands the needs of our engineering clients and customers. His knowledge of applications of mechanical equipment and especially pumping technologies adds to our diversity as a company.

Dave joined Kershner Environmental Technologies, LLC in 2004. Dave is the President of D.C. Weigard Associates and has signed a multi-year co-marketing agreement with KET to sell our products and systems in the Central PA market. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BSME, Dave brings to our company over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, management, engineering and technical sales.

Roger is the President of Process Equipment Sales, Inc., founded in 1985. Beginning in 2006, we have an agreement with him to provide industrial sales services for us in southern New Jersey. With 35 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment, Roger has a BS in Environmental Science from Thomas Edison State College.

David recently changed from a career in education to join the world of water and wastewater treatment. The field of civil engineering is not totally new to David as previous work experience includes BCM Engineers while in college and three and a half years with Woodward-Clyde Consultants in a geotechnical laboratory. David graduated from Penn State University in 1990. His position as an Aftermarket Sales Representative will bring him directly to the water and wastewater plants. He will introduce our plant customers to KET’s broad offering of chemical feed equipment, process instrumentation, clarifier drives, pumps and other products that satisfy the plants immediate needs and solve their problems.

Charlie has been in the water and wastewater industry for over 25 years as a plant operator and superintendent. His experience in plant operations, process optimization, pilot testing, jar testing, instrumentation, PLC programming, installation and maintenance of equipment is exceptional and brings a new level of customer support to Kershner Environmental Technologies, LLC.

Peter is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in Electrical Technology. Peter has over 25 years of experience in process control and instrumentation, chemical feed including gas and liquid systems, disinfection systems including: chlorine, ozone and ultraviolet. Peter spent (18) years with Capital Controls Company (Severn Trent Services), two years with Fischer & Porter Company and three years with Ground/Water Treatment & Technology before starting up ES2 Inc.. Peter has worked in a variety of positions including: Service Technician, Service Manager, Systems Engineer, Product Manager and Business Development Manager. Peter is now the founder and president of ES2 Environmental Systems & Equipment Service, a field service organization serving water, wastewater and sanitary landfills in Eastern PA, NJ, DE, and MD.  Pete and ES2 will be doing start-up and field service for Kershner Environmental Technologies in PA, NJ and DE.   Peter's website:  http://www.es2inc.net

Tina joined KET in 2008 to run our corporate office and help introduce our new CRM and project tracking systems.  Tina implements this program which has been designed to provide KET and our manufacturers a better information, coordination and communication conduit for our many projects under construction.  She has significant experience in administration and accounting and exudes professionalism in everything she handles at KET.
